Shipping

Do you offer free delivery in your local area?

For customers located locally in Loudoun County, Virginia (or live near Loudoun County and are willing to meet us in Loudoun County) we offer hand delivery.

If in person we require everyone to wear a mask when meeting.

Provide your email address or phone number so we can discuss with you the best way to drop off your order.

We will do our best to deliver your order to you within 1-3 days.

If you are local and prefer to have your order shipped see our regular free shipping options on orders over $35.00.

Please add 3-5 days to each shipping option for customized orders unless otherwise indicated on the listing itself.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer the USPS first class shipping option free on all orders over $35.00.

Orders will arrive approximately 3 - 6 days after placing your order. Note: with the current COVID 19 concerns we can't predict impacts to your package being shipped.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

We try to ship your order as quickly as possible, items that are not customized will be shipped within 1-2 business days from receipt of your order.

Custom orders and customized orders are handmade at time of order. To ensure quality and care when making your customized item we will ship your order within 3-5 days (for most custom order options), unless otherwise indicated on the listing itself.

What shipping options are available?

USPS First Class Mail arrives within approximately 2 - 6 days
USPS Priority Mail arrives within approximately 1 - 5 days
USPS Next Day Priority Express arrives within approximately 1- 3 days

What do I do if I have not received my purchase in the indicated shipping time frame?

In today's environment we are unable to guarantee the postal service shipping times, once your item has shipped. We will provide a tracking number upon shipment which you can use to track your order.

If you are concerned about your shipment and want to have more assurance about delivery and insurance please choose either Express 1-2 Day Delivery (includes $100 insurance coverage) or Priority Mail 2-3 Days (includes $50 insurance coverage) shipping options.

What forms of payment do you accept

We accept debit and credit card payments, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
We also accept PayPal payments through the PayPal platform.

Are payment transactions secure?

All payment transactions are completed through secure and encrypted platforms that do not share your personal information and credit card information with third parties including EasilyUnbeadable.

Our Jewelry

What happens if my jewelry piece breaks?

We work hard to ensure our jewelry is high quality and durable. However, if your piece breaks within 30 days of purchase please reach out to us via email at easilyunbeadable@gmail.com and let us know what has happened and if possible send pictures. If the item broke through no fault of your own, we will work with you to find a way to fix or replace the item for you at no cost to you.

If your item breaks after 30 days please email us and we will work with you to see if we can fix it for you with minimal cost.

What is your jewelry made out of?

In order to create fun and beautiful pieces that are still affordable our jewelry is crafted with more common components like plated or filled metals, semi-precious stones, glass and other durable materials.

As a result your jewelry will likely not last forever but by taking good care of it you can ensure your jewelry lasts a long time.

All of our jewelry uses nickel free metals and metals that are safe for sensitive skin, unless otherwise indicated. If you do have sensitive skin or the person you are purchasing the item for does please read the description carefully before purchasing.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Here are some tips to keep your jewelry looking new and reduce tarnishing.

1. Don't wear your jewelry items in the shower, bathtub or while swimming.
2. Perfumes, hair products, lotions and sunscreen can degrade the beauty of your jewelry pieces over time, it is best to remove your jewelry pieces before applying these products.
3. Remember to remove rings when washing your hands, using hand sanitizer, or putting lotion on your hands.
4. Store different types of jewelry separately. Make sure the jewelry is not touching inside the jewelry box.
5. Store your jewelry in a dark, dry location when possible.
6. Keep your jewelry lasting longer by storing it in an air tight, securely closed bag.
7. Purchase 3M anti-tarnish strips that can be kept in your jewelry box to absorb tarnish culprits from the air surrounding your jewelry.
8. Lastly, the chemicals in your skin will also degrade your jewelry over time and depending on your body chemistry this might occur faster for some people. Gently wipe your jewelry off with a non-abrasive cloth after wearing it and before storing it.

Returns/Refunds

Am I able to cancel my purchase?

Please contact easilyunbeadable@gmail.com within 12 hours of your purchase to request a cancellation. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however, if your order has already shipped we will be unable to accommodate a cancellation.

We try to ship orders as quickly as possible, so depending on when we receive your order we cannot guarantee the ability to cancel it.

Can I return an item for a refund if I am unhappy with it?

We hope that you will fall in love with your jewelry when you receive it, but we know that is not always the case. If you are unhappy with your item please email us at easilyunbeadable@gmail.com and we will work with you to see how best we can resolve your concerns. Please remember we are a small business of two and hand make our pieces.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for customized items.

For already made items purchased through our website or at an event we will accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your item, as long as the item is in the same shape as it was when you purchased it. For a return you can either request a full refund or an exchange. If a refund is requested we will issue a refund for the full price paid for the item plus tax and shipping costs paid at the time of the purchase.

We ask that you return the item as quickly as possible and we will issue the refund upon receipt of the returned item. We are unable to pay for the return shipment.

In the case of an exchange we will work with you to find another item of similar value which you will like. We are unable to pay for the return shipment of the item you are exchanging, but we will pay for the cost of shipping the new item to you and will ship it as soon as we receive the returned item from you.

We are not responsible for returns which are lost or damaged in transit.

What do I do if the item I received is damaged?

In the event that an item is damaged please contact us as quickly as possible at easilyunbeadable@gmail.com and we will work with you to fix the situation to the best of our abilities.

Please include pictures of the damaged item and packaging when you email us.

Please understand that the majority of our items are one of a kind so it may be hard to replace the damaged item with the exact same item.

Can I return or exchange a sale item?

Most of the time we do not issue refunds or handle exchanges for items that are purchased when on sale.

However if you have concerns please email us at easilyunbeadable@gmail.com and tell us your concern and we will see what we might be able to do to address your concerns.

We do not issue refunds or handle exchanges for items that are customized or personalized.
